The ATC-UV80RTR machine is designed for precision UV, roll-to-roll, Mayer rod coating for rolls up to 12" diameter(300mm) and 80" (2m) wide, with a coating speed from 10 ft. to 33 ft. (3m to 10m) per minute. Measured coating thickness, 0.3 mills on up, is selected by using different size Mayer bars. PLC touch screen controls govern and monitor the process for ease of operation.
