COLARIS is the most flexible inkjet printing system and suitable for all ink classes: acid, cationic, disperse, sublimation, pigment, reactive and VAT.
The COLARIS models range from compact sample machines up to a 5.2 meter (17 ft) wide systems.
To cover all applications ZIMMER AUSTRIA uses ink circulating print heads from the Fujiilm Dimatix StarFireTM SG1024 family for its COLARIS platform.
The Fujifilm Dimatix Starfire printhead is repairable and easy to maintain.

ZIMMER AUSTRIA’s MAGNOROLL Low-Moisture-Add-On technology offers the possibility of both inline and offline pre-coating for digitally printed fabrics using a low moisture technology that enables the user to make his own pre-coated fabrics.
Perfect and optimum uniform application amount of pre-coat chemicals enhances digital print quality and maximizes color fixation. The Low-Moisture-Add-On system can be incorporated in-line with the print machine dryer or off-line.
